In defence of "Simon and Linda" the parasitic leech boomer pensioners.
They went out to work at 16 years old after a secondary school State education.
They were working class and did not have any remote chance of going to University.
They did not spend 3 years living in a world of ideas and relying on Mummy and Daddy for subs.
Simon and Linda did not swan off round the world on gap years.
They got married young not lived together. They stayed with their families saving hard to be able to marry and set up a home.
They rented a flat and then managed to save a deposit and bought a little terrace house taking on a crippling mortgage against repayments with 14 - 17% interest charged.
They scrimped and saved and paid bills and did'nt have foreign holidays.
Linda gave up work when she fell pregnant. There was no maternity leave let alone paternity leave.
They brought up three kids and Linda stayed at home looking after them as a 'no brain house wife' and mother. When they were old enough she went back to part time work and still managed to be there for the kids when they came home from school.
Simon did a dead end boring job, paying his National Insurance until he was 60. He paid income tax all his life. He managed to pay for a private pension which he would also be later taxed on.
They both paid into the system from which others were supported, never claimed dole themselves.
At 66 years old they qualified for a State pension but it was less then they were told they would get. With Simon's private pension, the mortgage paid off and the kids gone they were now better off then they ever had been. Both have medical and mobility problems. They try to have a coach holiday once a year and afford to run a car to go and see the their kids.
Simon and Linda don't deserve any of Nick's money. He is a ' professional' who lives in London and wouldn't know a hard days work if he fell over it.
Simon and Linda are leeches on society. Useless mouths. Sooner they die the better.
But they sustained this Country all their lives and this was the place Nick grew up in.
Well my reading of this situation is at odds with Connor.
1. Farage has stated he is " not concerned' about demographic change.
He also warned that if we politically isolate Islam we will lose'.
By this time he had appointed a Muslim party chairman out of nowhere.
2. The grassroots Reform voters didn't like this. That misgiving has grown and is growing despite increase in numbers of Reform members.
3. He has recently distanced himself from Yusuf on the Lowe allegations involving the police.
4. It has been well signalled that Yusuf was packing it in.
5. Pochin is a turncoat Tory with a dubious record on refugee wlecoming etc.
6. Her ban the burka question was weak and lacking any emphasis or qualification beyond stating other Euro countries have done it.
7. Yusuf looking for an exit strategy, uses it to seemingly throw his teddy in the corner, at the same time the Reform leadership deny agreeing with Pochin but the effect is that Reform give the impression they will be offering some opposition to the spread of Islam in the UK.
Thus they gain back support from the disaffected Reform waverers. Cue loud cheers.
8. Cheap con trick. Pochin knows full well the Ban the Burka question is going nowhere.
9. Yusuf still owns a big lump of Reform. he has not gone, just ducked below the skyline.
10. In actuality has banning the burka curtailed the Muslim takeover on the Continent? Has it prevented riots in France?
11. Face coverings isn't just about women's rights. It is also about concealing criminals and their activities.
People often ask why the police do not use their section 60 powers to ban face coverings at Pro Pal marches? How can they when Muslims are often present ??
By contrast we see how easily the 'far right' are identified, picked off and arrested - how many wear masks? These are self banned at Tommy R marches.
So my gut feeling is that this is a set up.
The main indigenous don't want to live in an Islamic State (even if the signs are that it is beginning to be governed like one) The native Brits are still a big chunk of votes. They are desperate for a Party that ' will give them their country back'
