Do They Look Like Women and Children To You?

Labour's Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Darren Jones claimed “the majority of people in these boats are children, babies and women." Does he really think we're that stupid?

Casey also found “a significant proportion of these cases appear to involve suspects who are non-UK nationals and/or who are claiming asylum in the UK.”

Last week, over 1,500 illegal immigrants were recorded crossing in small boats.

The government are now promising to legislate against allowing sex offenders to claim asylum — something which should never have happened in the first place, and wouldn’t, if Keir Starmer hadn’t written the textbook for lawyers on how to apply the Human Rights Act (1998) to frustrate deportation claims with appeals to the European Convention on Human Rights.

This follows a number of high profile cases including chemical attacker Abdul Ezedi, who had been refused asylum twice by the Home Office after committing a sexual assault and exposure offence, before a judge overturned the ruling because Ezedi underwent a fake conversion to Christianity. (He was given an Islamic funeral, after drowning himself in the Thames during a nationwide manhunt.)

It should not shock us that foreign rapists have exploited Britain’s permissive asylum system, enticed to cross the English Channel by adverts depicting British women as the spoils of conquest, and are now participating in the rape gangs.

It should appall us, though, that the policy of successive British governments has been to house these foreign rapists at taxpayers’ expense.

Contractor SERCO is offering private landlords five-year guaranteed contracts, covering all rent, bills, and tax, to house illegal migrants and asylum seekers. The National Audit Office estimates asylum costs will be triple those projected by the previous Conservative government, at £15.3 billion and rising.

As former Greater Manchester Police detective Maggie Oliver has said, “increased levels of illegal immigration and young men with different value systems who are coming to the country” will make the problem worse.

Last week on Question Time, Labour's Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Darren Jones claimed “the majority of people in these boats are children, babies and women,” and told the groaning audience, “I would ask any of you to look at those babies and children and say 'go back where you came from'.”

Adult males were 73 percent of illegal migrants crossing via small boat between January 2018 to March 2025, where details of age and sex were recorded. Add an additional chunk on for men claiming to be children, who aren't — like Lawangeen Abdulrahimzai, who told Border Force he was 14 when he was 19, having already killed two men in Serbia, and then being placed into a school in Bournemouth where he chased pupils with a knife and went truant, before stabbing aspiring marine Thomas Roberts to death.

Jones then tried to gaslight everyone in his non-apology on X, writing “Of course the overall majority of people arriving illegally on small boats are men - but not “north of 90%” as Reform claimed.”

But everyone knows these men are foreign criminals, who come to live off our diminishing largesse and commit sex offences — not women and children fleeing war.

New research from the

, via Freedom of Information request sent to the Ministry of Justice, found foreign nationals committed up to a third of sexual assaults in 2024.

Of the 1,453 sexual assault convictions, 380 were foreign nationals and 118 were “unknown” — totalling 34.27%. The conviction rate for foreign nationals is 5.75 per 100,000 of the population and 1.77 per 100,000 for the British population. Foreign nationals are convicted for sexual assault on a female at a rate 2.24 times higher than the British population.

27.3% of rape convictions last year were also of migrants. The main offenders being: India, Romania, Poland, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sudan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Iran, Lithuania, and Nigeria.

The rape conviction rate for foreign nationals is 2.3 per 100,000 of the population, versus 0.97 per 100,000 for the British population — so, 142% higher.

Every one of those violent assaults is a life ruined, a woman traumatised and unable to trust the good men in her life.

We have far too many of our own rapists, thank you very much. Stop importing more.
